I’m Rose — founder of Rose Harvey & Co.
I work with organisations trying to make important decisions in complicated systems. The evidence is rarely perfect, priorities compete and the consequences matter for real people.
My role is to help teams think clearly together. I help organisations bring evidence and lived experience into the same conversation so organisations can understand what’s really going on and decide what to do next.
I’ve worked with charities, councils, universities and government bodies. The work varies, but the goal is consistent: helping organisations make decisions that are thoughtful, practical and capable of improving people’s lives.

dr mike rose
Mike has over 20 years’ experience across the NHS and voluntary sector, with a background spanning clinical practice, service leadership and regulation. He now works to build partnerships between statutory services and voluntary organisations, supporting collaborative approaches to improving health and wellbeing.
rachael walker
Rachael works at the intersection of public policy, research and practice. She works with councils, charities and other organisations to develop better policy responses to complex social challenges. She is the founder of the Campaign for Better Policy, an initiative promoting fairer, evidence-based decision-making in local government.
danny mark
Danny works with public and third sector organisations to strengthen financial oversight, manage risk and develop practical operating models. As a Chartered Accountant with experience in audit and consulting at a Big Four firm, he supports organisations to build financially sustainable services that deliver lasting impact.
carol knight
Carol supports the smooth running of Rose Harvey & Co, overseeing internal operations and business administration. She has experience working across the charity and disability sectors. Her strengths in project coordination and organisational support keep the consultancy running smoothly behind the scenes.
